 Experience

  • Leading the agile transformation journey within the IT & Digital department, focusing on implementing and embedding new ways of working. My assignment centers on guiding teams through their transition to agile methodologies, establishing scrum practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Scrum Master for two business-critical teams at Albert Heijn, connected to every customer transaction.

    - My Savings team: The team progressed from the norming phase to the performing phase.
    - Bonus calculator team: This team was built from the ground up, laying the foundation for further growth.

    As a Scrum Master, I was responsible for leading and guiding the teams, safeguarding team culture, ensuring optimal collaboration, and facilitating various sessions, ranging from mapping the roadmap to resolving interpersonal conflicts.

  • Responsible for the roadmap, planning, and development of two Serious Games. Additionally, I served as the internal Agile Coach to improve Agile processes within the organization.

  • My assignment was to establish an in-house data & marketing studio with the right disciplines to elevate the vision of the CX Manager (Jeroen Heydendael, see reference) in terms of strategy, mission, vision, data, digital (e-commerce focus), and marketing. I built the team and implemented tools and Agile processes. Once the foundation was established, we jointly hired a permanent successor.

  • In this role, I act as an advisor between elho and the development parties. I support the team in making strategic and technical choices to successfully bring a new innovative elho product to market. My focus is on ensuring the product vision and creating value for both elho and our customers.

  • MUTO is a new bike brand by Stella, launched in 2020. Within three months, we set up a Mendix e-commerce platform. This platform was developed with integration of the Mendix PIM and in close collaboration with IT and marketing.

  • Responsible for the launch of the brand in the Netherlands, whilst communicating with the headquarters in Germany.

  • As Operations Manager, I was ultimately responsible and acted as the right-hand person to the Managing Director to ensure that teams and projects functioned optimally. My goal was to coach colleagues and inspire them to work autonomously, using methods inspired by Agile practices. I created an environment where collaboration and self-organization were central, enabling us to achieve our objectives together.
